You can order from Full Throttle Clothing with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) via PayPal, or with a Full Throttle Clothing Gift Certificate. Sorry, we do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Full Throttle Clothing does accept credit card payments by phone. Call us at 1 (937) 524-5788 and leave a brief message. Someone will return your call to take your order within 24 hours.

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll happily refund your purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 45 days of the date you place your order).

How To Place An Order

1. Click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.

2. Customize your shirt by choosing a style, color and size you like. Once complete, an “ADD TO CART” button will appear. Click it to go to the cart.

3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

How To Modify An Order

ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:

DEADLINE: 10PM ET the Sunday after you place your order. (Or the same day if your order was placed on a Sunday.)

TO MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR ORDER: If it is before 10pm ET the Sunday after you placed your order (or the same day if your order was placed on a Sunday), email us with the invoice number and exact changes you want to make and we’ll try to accommodate you.

After Sunday at 10pm ET, it is too late to modify or cancel the order. When the package arrives, do not open the package. Mark it “refused” and give it back to your delivery person. It will be sent back free of charge to you, and you will be credited when we receive the package back.

If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package.

Gift Certificates

Full Throttle Clothing offers gift certificates for sale for any amount you would like. You can either send your gift certificate electronically to the recipient, or you can print out an actual certificate that you fill in and provide to whomever you are giving the certificate to.

We also from time to time run discount or specials using coupon codes, such as Free Shipping or Buy 3 Get 1 Free. When placing your order be sure to enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Your discount will be credited at the final checkout phase.

Custom Shirts and Clothing

FullThrottleClothing.com does not make custom shirts. We can not offer customized versions of our existing shirts.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and most countries internationally. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account. We also do NOT offer expedited shipping.

Why does it take 7-15 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety . We offer variety of different designs. We offer all of our designs in different styles and colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. In addition to the choices in styles and colors, we also offer some styles in sizes up to 5XL. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep a huge inventory.

So instead, we print to order and we keep stock inventories at minimal.  Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. At the end of an order week, we know the exact number of shirts per design needed to print. We can setup presses, do a test print, and print efficiently knowing exactly how many of each print we have. This way we do not have to stop, cleanup, reset and do a different design for the next shirt.

So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently; and that keeps our costs and our prices down.

The only way to “speed up” delivery is to take advantage of the cycle I just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later.

Returns

RETURN POLICY:

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 30 days of your order.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:

We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (minus shipping/handling fees). Fill out the survey on your return form. Include the return form in your package. Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below.

If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees).

Product Information

PRINTING PROCESS:

We print all Garments to order and keep a limited amount of garments in stock. This way we keep the final cost of the products low. We use the highest quality brand-name garments (Hanes, Bella) and the best printing method available (silk screening), No Iron on or inkjet designs. We make take longer to manufacture your garment, but we provide a better quality. We think that they’re worth waiting for.

All Garments are screen-printed using an Environmentally Friendly silk screening procedure. All Chemicals and inks used the printing process are biodegradable and environmentally safe.

We use high quality Water-Based Inks, which give the products an incredibly soft hand. Our water-based inks give the printed fabric a natural soft feel, breathability and a vintage worn look. Most companies use Plastisol inks which give the product a hard rubbery feel and does not allow the product to breath. We feel our water-based printing process gives the consumer a better product which will last the life of the product.

From time to time we may print with Plastisol based inks, although we will try to avoid this, sometimes a design with “feel” is necessary to achieve the desired final look and feel. Products printed with Plastisol will always be labeled on our site.

Garment SIZES and SPECS:

Our garments are made from the highest quality cloth on the market, are 100% Cotton* and are screen printed to assure longevity and superior look.  No crappy iron ons, seconds or irregulars here.

All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to the highest point of the shoulder. If you’re unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.

These measurements are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we print and ship. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.

Shrinkage and Care

All our shirts are made of 100% cotton* (*Unless Noted). They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers. Our Ringer shirts seem to shrink about one full size when washed.

You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage or color bleeding. Color bleeding is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors but turning inside out and washing in cold should prevent this.
